press the key labeled 'prt scr' on your keyboard, then go to ms paint. Paste into a new picture, and save as, changing the file format to either jpg or png. using the full reply page (not quick reply box) go to advanced (at the bottom) and then 'add an attachment'. browse to the file and click ok, then make your post. be patient as it has to upload the screenshot
Did you register through the forum or through the site? If the former then that's semi-bad. It was briefly enabled after a forum upgrade when it shouldn't have been. Update: I'm pretty sure that's it and should have fixed it.
