As stated, can i play the game that i downloaded on my REAL Playstation 1? For example if i burn all the data and file into a disc , can i use it on my real Playstation 1?

If it is possible , whats the steps? I had recently downloaded "Chocobo Racing" and i extract it out with winRAR. The file is CCD format and IMG format. Do i have to mount the file using magicISO program before i can actually burn it into CD and play it on my real Playstation 1?

Really need help on this . Thanks alot :)

you need a mod chip in your playstation to play burned games, and you can burn .ccd/.img files directly using clonecd.

Ya , my Playstation 1 can play burned games. Pretty much of my games are all pirated.

After i extract the .RAR file , i receive 3 file , which is the IMG file, ccd file , and the sub file. What do i have to do with the ccd and sub file? Or i can simply just ignore them and just mount the IMG file and burn all the data that i mounted from the IMG file into a disc?

you need to use cloneCD and tell it to burn the .ccd file, making sure the .img and .sub are in the same folder. Alternatively you can mount the .ccd and copy the mounted disc. All the files are important, and you must burn as an image, don't drag/drop because it won't work.

So to simply put , i can just mount the ccd file using magicISO. Then i will just burn all the datas that are "mounted" out into a disc? Lets take it that im not using cloneCD , im using my own personal CD burner.

For being a newbie just now , i mount the IMG file instead of the ccd file and burn all the mounted data into a rewritable disc , and unfortunately it doesn't work. So to conclude , i just have to mount the ccd file instead of the IMG file and burn all the mounted data into a disc? Do i have to burn the sub and IMG file together with the mounted data from the ccd file?

But i don't see any different between the IMG file and the ccd file. When i mount either IMG or ccd files , the resulting file that i receive is exactly the same.

you don't burn the mounted data, you use the 'copy cd' option in your burning program to copy from the mounted drive to your burner. burning the files on the mounted drive will not work. Also, the .ccd file is a track list that tells it exactly how to burn the .img and .sub files, i.e which track goes at what sector. Therefore there appears to be no difference in the mounted files, but in the actual disc structure there are important differences.

Err , this is how my burner program looks like. So im at the "CD Copy" section. So for the source file , i will just choose "Image" and search for the ccd file?

chose 'CD drive' and pick the letter of the drive that the image is mounted to.

I mounted the ccd file and its in a virtual :G drive. But my burner doesn't seems to be able to find the :G drive.

Err anyway , if im able to find the :G drive , then im good to go for the burning?

anyway, besides burning the discs, if your PSX is manufactured before a certain date, you don't need a modchip, just an actual copy of a game and your burned ones. look up the swap trick on youtube.

yes. you could try using imgburn to burn it.

Err , i decided to use the "ImgBurn" that you recommend to burn my mounted virtual G drive into disc.

I have downloaded and install the ImgBurn program . So which option do i choose when i open the ImgBurn ? I can't seem to find any option that does the "CD copy" function.

you write image file to disc, then choose the .ccd file. imgburn is the best program for burning pirate games because it doesn't try to do anything fancy with the images.

err , they only allow me to choose the IMG file. ccd file doesn't display on the search box.

ok, so with the .ccd mounted, create image from disc, choose drive G: and save it as an .iso, then burn that.

Ok , i have created an image from the disc(G drive) using the "Create image file from disc" option. After that , i receive 2 file , Image.bin and Image.cue. Are these 2 files = image? If yes , how do i save them as a ISO file?

now you go to 'write image file to disc' and choose the .cue file. The img file must be in the same folder as the .cue. Make sure you burn at a slow speed (lower than 4x if possible) to minimise the chances of a bad burn.

I had finish burning . But now when i insert the disc into my Playstation 1 , my playstation is not able to read the disc :'(

Im using a re-writable disc by the way. Does that have anything to do with this?

try the swap trick like I recommended.

err what do you mean by the swap trick? I have an actual copy of the game(Pirated) , but its all scratches and its not playable anymore. I have tried to do a CD copy using the actual copy of the game , but the burning process had alot of errors due to the scratches on the disc.
