Can i upload a game?

    hey any admin! can i upload a game? I am making a game, pretty much a hacked version of pokemon with like these changes; scenery, pokemon, people and other stuff, but can I upload it to romulation or send it to someone? or do i have to use an external site eg; rapid share?

    We don't host hacks no, only clean unmodified ROMs, feel free to spread it on the forum using a free host though.
