Sorry for the ugly title. The question is simple. I know that AceKard 2i for work on DSi with software 1.4, need a special update. After then, on menu appear the Danny Phantom logo, right? But if I want to format my card, then how can I run the special update "Danny Phantom" if on DSi I have software 1.4? I can't format my memory card, forever
You can't format your AceKard, if that's what you are talking about. Formatting the SD Card wouldn't do anything. If you REALLY DESPERATELY NEED to borrow a DS Lite, go over to a neighbor with a young kid (lol this sounds weird) and ask to borrow their DS. Then you can run the update.
Mike is right, the update fixed files on the actual cartage, not the SD card. If your AceKard is updated, it will stay that way. If it hasn't been updated yet, and your DSi is already updated, you will need to find someone who has an older DS to perform the patch.
