can i convert a .bin to a .cue?

Hey i am trying to play a game i downloaded from this site but daemon tools doesn't support the file type and im not paying for alch 120 so can anyone tell me how or if it is even possible to convert .bin to .cue

BIN and CUE are two different file types.
BIN is the disc data, and CUE is a track layout data.

Also, I thought BIN was supported by Daemon Tools. I've mounted my images before with BIN file types.

Edit:
Seems to be a small bug in Daemon Tools, "BIN" doesn't fall under the default "Supported Files" file type when you are trying to open files, but if you select "All files *.*" from the list, you can select the BIN files and it works.
