Games are much more expensive in England inFamous: £39.99 Resistance 2: £34.99 X-Men: £39.99 PSP: Rock Band (unplugged): £24.99 FF VII CC: £14.99 Tekken: £14.99 Gamestation stores ^ Argos stores v Ipod Touch 8gb: £165.00 I would'nt know about travel packs but clearly this stuff is more expensive than you thought
I would recommend to buy the PSP and PS3 games first I don't think yo should get your Ipod while on a trip cause if it breaks and you get insurance on it, you'll have to travel back to the UK to get a new one
also make sure that your PSP/PS3 are the right region, the UK uses PAL. There's also cheaper places to get games and Ipods from (like CEX for example).
The region of the games doesn't matter, since the consoles are region free. The only difficulty he'd have is with DLC.
PS3 is not region free, it decodes and outputs the colour signal for the region it is designed for. Playing games from other regions will result in no colour.
