Can GBA games be played on the R4?

    Hi. I really did try to search for info regarding this before posting but had no luck, so if anyone has links to older threads please feel free to post.

    Wondering if GBA games can be used with the R4? If so I would like info on, or to be directed to info regarding how to do this. Thanks!

    I don't think so. For GBA games, you need a SLOT-2 card aka GBA cart. The R4 is a SLOT-1 only for actual NDS games.

    sorry man youve got to buy an expansion pack such as ez-flash to play gba roms on your R4... i had one, but it broke and stopped working in less than 3 months.....

    Get EzFlashV, or M3 Real or maybe a Neoflash pack (even though they're shit). Yes you need a Slot 2 flashcart. Different hardware used.
