Can DSTT skins apply to NDS Emulator?

    Is there a way to apply a DSTT skin to your NDS Emulator like no$gba? Please reply thanks.

    no, DSTT is not part of the DS, therefore will never be emulated.

    There may be a application which emulates other GUIs of flashcarts on most devices and does nearly the same thing, there's quite a few around, so have a look.
