Can anyone tell me if..

.....it is possible to download any game to my Nintendo DSi XL.... as in PSP, PS3, GBA games, etc. ?
Or am I limited to just Nintendo DS games?

Please be kind to me as I am a senior citizen and have only tried downloading recently.

Glad to see a senior interested in piracy.
With a DSi XL, it is only possible for you to play Nintendo DS, NES, SNES, Gameboy, and Gameboy Color games. You need emulators to use anything other than NDS games.
If you had a DS Lite, you could buy an expansion to play GBA games.
Everything mentioned above are the only things that NDSiXL can play. PS3 and PSP are completely out of reach, and will never happen.

 

You can only play NDS, NES, SNES, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Sega Genesis, NeoGeo Pocket, GameGear, and a few other systems can be emulated on the DS.

It can't handle any other system due to it's low specs it has in it's hardware.

It would be impossible to play PSP let alone PS3.

It can also emulate the GBA with the power of the iPlayer and when the new Supercard comes out it will also be intergrated.

 

But for now, that's impossible on a slot-1 card that can run NDS games.
