Shantae (really good platformer, and DAMN, they really made her 8-bit sprite look fluid and sexy when dancing!)

Wario Land 3 (My favorite GBC game of all time)

Pokemon Pinball (Suprisingly Good, i'll leave it at that)

version3 Is actually KappaMikey in the internet

Mortal Kombat 2, it's fluid as hell for a Gameboy port. Also, there's that fighting game where you use small humanoid robots and duke it out, Power Quest, shit's awesome!

EDIT: Here's the link for Power Quest

    Try the Zelda series

Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (The first Zelda game I ever played)
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages

(the oracle games are interrelated, so if you want the total experience get them both.)

    Try this,

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CIMA:_The_Enemy

    It's a strategic based RPG.
A bit different that what you may be used to. But alas, a quite good game.

You move your people(the ones you need to save) to a safe spot, battle enemies, all while making sure they don't come under attack.

Ark is a gate guardian, and a good protagonist(hero) for the game.
It didn't have a lot of fanfare when it came out, and I just found out about it a month ago.
But the characters, style of gameplay, and unique system made me play it through.
It will keep you busy for a few good solid hours. And it is somewhat like FFT.

I do believe you made a good call.

I still play it, even after I beat it.

    Enjoy and grand gaming!
