Shantae (really good platformer, and DAMN, they really made her 8-bit sprite look fluid and sexy when dancing!) Wario Land 3 (My favorite GBC game of all time) Pokemon Pinball (Suprisingly Good, i'll leave it at that)
Mortal Kombat 2, it's fluid as hell for a Gameboy port. Also, there's that fighting game where you use small humanoid robots and duke it out, Power Quest, shit's awesome! EDIT: Here's the link for Power Quest
Try the Zelda series Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (The first Zelda game I ever played) Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages (the oracle games are interrelated, so if you want the total experience get them both.)
lol me too XD other than those...i don't really know any others. Those were the games of my childhood
Try this, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CIMA:_The_Enemy It's a strategic based RPG. A bit different that what you may be used to. But alas, a quite good game.
You move your people(the ones you need to save) to a safe spot, battle enemies, all while making sure they don't come under attack. Ark is a gate guardian, and a good protagonist(hero) for the game. It didn't have a lot of fanfare when it came out, and I just found out about it a month ago. But the characters, style of gameplay, and unique system made me play it through. It will keep you busy for a few good solid hours. And it is somewhat like FFT.
