I think he's talking about playing around with the "Forum look & lay out" option on your profile, here on the forum, you can only do limited stuff with it though. Well, perking up the forums would mean you have to be active, which is always appriciated. Nice to have you here, the rules aren't difficult to follow, and so long as you follow them you won't have any trouble here. Unfortunately we sometimes have relatively large numbers of people that don't follow the rules, which is why we employ dragons and grammar nazis.
