Calling Out To All Members that Want To Help Continue The Hack.

Hey Romulation users, I've chosen this great community to ask for help to continue this hack. I still have great motivation to continue it and am very happy to see that there are members that want it to continue...But sadly, I just can't do it on my own.

I need people to help me out with pretty much anything they want, whether it be Sprite editing, Scripting, Map editing etc. I really need to build a very motivated team that are willing to help out. The best I can offer you is that I credit you in the game and also in this forum.

If anyone would like to help, please post here and tell me what you're good at and why I should choose you to be part of the hack.

Or even if you'd rather prove to me that you've got the skills to make the hack with me, don't hesitate to download the current downloadable demo of Pokemon RocketRed and show me what you can do with it.

Sadly I have no knowledge whatsoever about game programming... But if there's any simple task that needs to be done just tell me!

 

i can help with the mapping as i tryed to make my own gba pokemon hack but i gave up because i could not edit what they say as the coding is to advanced for me.

Programming isn't a skill needed to do something like this. Even if you have a few storylines etc. you'd like to share, I'd be glad to hear them.

Okay cool. I'd like to see what you're capable of first. Download the latest version of my hack, and edit the town of Viridian City any way you'd like. Once done, upload a screenchot of it and I'll see if i think you're good enough for the job.

I've played your hack and liked what I saw ,
I would like to contribute to its completion in any way possible ,
I've got a lot of ideas regarding certain places and storyline.

I don't have any help to offer, But I do have a suggestion/idea. Would you be able to add the newer pokemon? I mean all you need is the sprites right?

Oh yes, I can do some sprite work if needed.
I worked a bit on pokemon sprites before like changing colours and mixing and matching pieces.

But there's 1 problem... MEGAupload doesn't work where I live...

I don't think I could be such a big help, though I could make a little free website for the Hack.
You know where people can get information and download it.
Since this is a hacking topic, I doubt that anyone needs that skill.

An other skill of mine is Video editing, if you would ever get some footage mail/spam/link it to me and I'll see what I can do
Otherwise, I'm also good at coming up with Storylines ^^

 

Sorry Raysie, except I don't have time for scripting. My jerkoff teachers gave me homework over Winter Break. I'm only on the computer now, becuase I'm doing homework and posting here...
