I read where to go and buy extra points and it was...$5.00 for 10,000 points? So I used paypal and paid 5 dollars. The site said that it takes 5 business days (but usually 3) to get the points I paid for. I'm not rushing for my points, I just want to make sure that I will get them by friday or not. Thanks in advance.
The waiting time only apply to eChecks, if you use a credit/debit/pre-paid card or a paypal account the points should arrive instantly, but depending on paypal up to two hours can pass. How long it takes we can't say as it is paypal who has to process the request and contact a script on our server, once that is done the points are added instantly.
I went back and it says it was a E-Check(I think). So then I should be getting the points by friday then right?
Impossible for us to say really, it depends on paypal and your bank, it will probably vary from bank to bank, country to country and month to month. It's the same principle, though, once paypal has completed the transfer they will contact our script and we will add the points instantly.
I was disappointed to learn that Paypal stopped the old "Get 5 Dollars for free" when you sign up for a paypal account. I was eager for a free 10,000 points and giving you guys a free 5 dollars.
