I looked everywhere I could think of but could find the right department so I'm posting this here. I tried to download Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Echoes of Time from both the USA and European servers but it was a no-go. I just thought I'd better let somebody know.

    WHat browser are you using?

I sometimes see errors-like if I download some games-it gives me some blank page instead of the game...

Do other games still work for you?

I realize it's old but I've tried both IE7 and 8 and I just plain can't stand them! So I'm still using 6! ;v) And why do websites always blame the users?! Did you ever think that the just may really have something wrong with it?!

95% of the time it is the user and the quickest way to solve the problem is to check those things first. It's not about putting blame, it's about solving the problem.

Suuuuure it isn't. Websites never want to fess up. Every webmaster on the net believes he's got the "perfect" site. I mean heaven forbid something ever go wrong with it!

Nothing Seph said was false. Do you know how many problem threads exist in these forums, and what percent of them actually end up being issues with the website and not issues with the User, be it his/her connection, a shared IP address, an outdated browser, browser related issues due to misconfigured file type associations, etc.

I come from the old days where we had to do everything by hand that Windows does for us today. If there's one thing I know it's computers.
