Hi there, I downloaded a ps1 game and I got 4 files with it, CCD, CUE, IMG and SUB. I am new to burning games to disc straight from download and am unsure which file I need to burn.

    Thanks in advance.

Use the program "img burn" and keep all 3 files together.

Img burn always points out which to burn if I hit the wrong one...well for me anyway ;D

So I went to ImgBurn > Burn Image to Disc > Chose IMG from folder and it corrected me and chose CUE and is now burning.

Thanks very much for your help. :)

    No worries :)

I was thinking img...but I remembered img burn points you in what to burn (in a sarcastic fashion) :)

Yep looks like a really good program.

Looks like I have errors though, got to about 83% now im getting almost 10,000 miscompares. Any ideas?

Use the slowest speed, turn off the verify option, and make sure it's a good quality disc.

I use sony cd-r, but verbutim or tdk do a good job.

you can burn the PSX games alternative at 8x and they work fine, with a maxell CD-R, burning them at 1x will give you trouble if you are using an odler PSX, ej: my PSX is the SCPH 9000 it does not likes 1x burned CD's, but it slap in the 8x at first tryt i reads it, other time i had to turn off, on, off, on until the PSX ran the game.
