Burning games onto CD help?

I got tekken 3 from Romulation, it came with a bin and cue file. You can play the bin file in the emulator. But when I try and burn it onto a CD the playstation cant read it... wtf? I've already wasted 3 cds. I use ultraiso. Ive used ultraiso and it worked (FUTURE COP LAPD) maybe its the cue file? what do you suggest? DONT SUGGEST ME TO OTHER PROGRAMS (my Alcohol 120% trial expired and wont let me use it again)

really? anyway ill try imgburn. when i read the disc it says theirs nothing on it...
