hello, i recently dwonloaded the capcom vs SNK 2 game via xtorrent by holy cube, i uncompress the file, and i get a .gmc file, none of the next programs will even read the files: Liquid Cd, Dragon Burn, Burn, toast titanium, utility disc, none of that reads the file, not only that but im unable to transform it as many sites suggest, that i change the format fron .gmc to .iso, doing so damages the file, i dont know why. can any one be so kind to give some advice, and no change to a windows is not an accepted answer<_<
i was seekign not to trasnform it, but to burn it,several sites suggested the change of format,the main problem ended being that then all the programs, said the image was invalid. also im postin here sicne i alredy went trough google, and your suggestions si not what i seek, a .dmg is a storage iamge, used for programs, an .iso is for data. but thanks. altough the problem is still unsolved.
Dude that doesn't help! What I'd normally suggest, is img burn, it reads that as an iso... But no idea if that program has a mac os version, fnd the site and see if there is anything. Sadly I forgot the adress, so gogle "IMG burn"
the mac equivalent for imgburn is burn,a dn it does not reads .gmc, ill try suing crossover games, since its a wine app, still i went troguh my DVD burnign pograms collection, none of them read .gmc
...sad... One suggestion.... Got access to another standard pc with a dvd burner? That...is all I can suggest...install img burn to that and have a go...some places hold iso versions of gamecube games, but it may be rare...gcm's are made differently than the standard iso (streamed from the gamecube it's self )
well i can google it but its gonna be a pain, there is a site wiisos but they diont have the Capcom vs SNK 2 EO also no i dont have acesses to a windows, hence i've been askign my om to see if she can send my comp to be aplified, replacing the 512 mb Ram memory for a 7 Gigabytes one and a hard drive of 700 Gigabytes, so i can install mac os x 10.6, run bootcamp, and isntall windows XP or Vista to run some programs that burns images, ill keep seeking a way with my mac *sigh* the problem is still open.
i can get my hands on one, but thats not the problem, hYpnos, or yoshi by casaulity of life you have a link for a CIOS/CMIOS patch that works with system menu 4.2u? of the wii, i figured out what i needed to do, ill write a small tutorial soon in off, but it is indeed transformign the image, but in a diferent way
