Bumping threads: Allowed or no?

    Hi guys. I'm curious about something. I'm looking for SMB1,2 and 3 rom hacks, and LOZ rom hacks. I found a thread on here through Google search, but the last post is from some time in 2009. I was wondering if I was allowed to bump it or if I should just make a new one in the appropriate section. I thought I would ask first, I didn't want to just go ahead and do it.
