Bugmenot nightmare!!

    Hi!
    I've bad news.Some n00bs from www.bugmenot.com decided to bypass the ROMULATION registration!
    That's no good for this site...
    Here are usernames + passwords for these accounts:

    1) Username : rommyrum
    Password : tango2

    2) Username : Trungtro
    Password : 111111

    Please delete these!
    If some other accounts shows up(they have to be more than 50% success) i will report them.

    Erm,what did you mean by "banned" ? I know that you're banned when you didn't respect the rules but,in this case,what means?

    it means you can ask to be removed from their database, and they block people from adding accounts for your site.

    Well,I don't know if they can but,if I can,i will try to change username or password(or even delete) these accounts.

    They've been banned from the site.

    we're blocked at bugmenot for romulation.net which is our URL, but some people keep thinking we're romultation.com

    bugmenot is a site where you can list accounts for site thus bypassing their registration system.

    so basically, they'd be using our accounts, the casual gamers of a site, which is hacking another person's account...

    no, they create accounts, then post them for other people to use.

    @luca: no point, I've banned both of them.

    Hey,I'm Luca,this is a nightmare!!! I CAN'T LOGIN WITH MY ACCOUNT!! I just tried to log in with one of these bugmenot accounts and it says that i'm banned.So I said "ok,let's remove any cookies and re-login".I tried to login but it says me that I've inserted a wrong password.I tried to reset the password but it says another time wrong password!WTF?Please,do something!If you can,ban the old account and say me how to change username,please!

    I insert my e-mail adress,then the email arrives.I click the link,insert a new password and then I login but it says me "Uncorrect password."
    If you want,you can delete this account and give me a new password for the old one (maybe some users might say this is unfair why i have about 435 points in the old one and 500 in this)

    clear your cookies and restart your browser. Also make sure your password isn't saved in the browser.

    Nothing!I've cleaned the cookies (I have Vista + Firefox,so I use "delete personal settings") but nothing happens!Rests like before!

    Well,if you haven't read my new message,that password didn't work.Maybe my IP has been blacklisted(i created this account,Luca2, with my home PC that has a different IP).
    Try to unblacklist my IP.Search for 85.18.14.7 (if there isn't search for 10.0.1.2 or 23.216.25.9 ,i recived the frist IP with the "Change password" e-mail and is a IP shared with 2 PCs,but sometimes give me the other two IPs)
    Edit: Now i've to go to Rome but the area has a WI-FI area,so i will take my PSP with me and view the results

    10.0.1.2 is a private IP so it won't be that one. I've checked the ban and it does not block on IP, only username and email, so that has nothing to do with it. If it was blocking your IP it would say something to that effect. I've asked Seph to investigate.
