Broken original acekard 2i

I just played the game Hakuouki DS . When i turned the power off of dsi there was no danny phantom icon appearing? Could it be broken? Is there a fix? Acekard 2i akaio 1.6 rc 2

Yes i did on 1.4e

 

Did you update on an DSi 1.4 update..?

 

I first used a dslite to fix for 1.4e and worked correctley then i updated dsi and i was working perfect
but since the game i played it was broken

 

Did the acekard work when you tried even without the danny phantom icon showing?

No, :'( it said There is no game card inserted on the slot

 

Thow the acekard's micro sd card into your pc and check if everything is still in there, if so throw it back into the acekard and see.


Also a "dust check" (gentle blow without spitting) is worth a go...if all else fails you might have one of the bad acekards/fakes.


The bad ones I hear tend to fault when the update is applied, they fixed this on newer cards...though I hear fake acekards have the same issue.

I got another suggestion before you do whatever your planning.


Copy all contents>format the entire thing>put it all back.

If no go...then hopefully someone would give better advice than what I could.

Maybe not, you gotta experiment.

If my format suggestion fails, try using an older firmware and see if that helps.


How long have you had this card btw?

 

It shows nothing on dsi? it said: There is no card inserted in the DS Game Card slot.

 

EVen after you backed up the content to your pc and formatted it and tried the stuff again?

Or tried downloading an older firmware?
