I am getting tired of downloading since it automatically fails after downloading a few KB's. I have tried many times but it isn't working with either IE or Firefox. Somebody have any suggestions on the occurence of this problem.
I had this problem months ago. Try downloading via Netscape. This might also be because your internet speed might be slow.
It still wouldn't drop like that if you had dial-up or something, unless you live in a bad coverage area, or something is wrong with your street line and so on.
