Broke the springs for my screen.

    So my screen wont stand up straight. I cants send it in for warranty.
    Does anyone know a trick to make it stand up straight or is there a ds
    case i can buy to solve the problem?

    What do you mean?
    If you meant that the top screen cannot stay open
    (it closes due to loose springs or something)
    then my friend has the same problem.
    He just let it be.
    No warranty eh?
    Try opening your DS (ask a technician)
    and fix it.

    It can stay open but itll just fall and close or 180 degrees.
    And if i open it, im afraid i wont be able to put it back together.

    There may be repair guides on youtube on how to replace the top screen if the hinges are damaged, my brother however get's along fine with his...only because he ain't getting a new one after wrecking it XD


    I'd send it to nintendo and pay what they ask though to be safe.

    Maybe ill just get a new one. This one was used when i got it from my cousin.
