Bring in the chaos !

oh well, couldn't think of a better title for my intro ... but thats fine isn't it .

I've been a member of RomU for almost a year and half now and i finally decided to do an official intro ... i dont usually do intros unless i seriously like the place ... usually anyway.

The Info in my profile is accurate , so my vital statistics wont be included here

Let me say first off... i dont own a single console ... not one, i make extensive use of emulators to do my bidding , cause lets face it, pc games aren't what they used to be ! the first console game i ever played was pokemon red, thereafter moving along steadily through the later editions to the series... enjoyed yugioh games too, have my own deck but i'm seriously considering dumping it for Magic : The Gathering ... i got myself a starter deck for it and i have to say it's 1 helluva TCG.

I predominantly play MMORPG's now with occasional emulator time, i prefer them over conventional LAN games and singleplayers, they are much more stimulating and i spend most of my gaming time playing them...

Talisman Online
Saga Online

I am also fully employed and work 8 hours day 7 days a week (*excluding a few select holidays) for a retail store, so spend less than 6 hours day playing
per day. ( time management to the max ! )

I mostly never ever post unless i actually have something to say... i like mostly to read other peoples opinions instead and weigh them against my own.. so you most likely will see me very rarely post a thing ... but i will be watching

I consider many of the active members of RomU quite highly and to say that you have sometimes opened my eyes, made me laugh, throw a tantrum, or made me hurl obscenities at no one in particular , would be a mere understatement

Spill the info dude, i've only been reading the cards from my starter deck and using my mind to run simulations for the game ... it's seriously hard to find an actual person with an actual deck to play against .. in my country anyway

an online simulator would be a godsend

Well, it's a bit hard to learn everything at first but here's a good website to start off.

Then here is Magic Workstation (MWS), the program for the game. It's unofficial and is a shareware but it requires no cash to use its full features.

And come here to download the latest patch and card pictures for the MWS. For masterbase (the card database) and themes, it's here.

Oh, everything's free and unofficial. There's an official Magic Online that requires cash but I guess you won't bother looking at that one.

@Koyuchan : thank you for that colorful and surprisingly animated emotes ( *points at the first little dude saying hi ) very original and if you dont know magic .. thats fine, you can start doing some alchemy instead
