Brave Fencer Musashi

I'm at the part where you have to put all the fires in the village out, but the fires won't go out. I've tried it over & over. I don't know if it's a glitch or what.

first the characters on the game..

Princess Fillet.. (well a fillet of course pretty obvious)
Colonel Jon Capriciola.. (almost a cola)
Flatski.. (on the jap version his name is Tequila)
1st Lt. Bubbles.. (jap version she was named as Brandy)
Captain Gingerelle (on jap version she was called Liquor)
Topo.. (maybe a tofu)
Jam (its a Jam)

Soda fountain (obviously it is a soda)
ThirstQuencher Empire (A thirstquencher still is a drink)

and Last and kinda har to see but if you can hear it clearly then youll know it..
