Bought 15.000 points today, but didn't recieve them.

I donated 5$ for the 15.000 points today, but I havn't recieved them yet.
This is the recieptnumber for my order: 2726-7464-5492-7630.

I second this as well. I made a few donations yesterday and the day before and they credited my account just fine, however I made a donation today and no points were credited to my account. I'm guessing something is wrong with the system.

i think it takes a little bit of time for everything to be processed, not sure though.

 

Yes, there is a bug in the system at the moment so just sit tight, and we know for a fact that loony is working on it, so just give him some time

 

I'm not sure, but I don't think that it was processed as an echeck.
On my Paypal account it says that the the payment is enacted, so the money should be transferred by now.

 

Mine are all instant payments.

Did you donate all 5 dollars at one time? Or did you donate twice, 1, then 4, etc?

 

All 5 at once. Check the Transaction ID I posted.

I've done it a few times before, never had a problem. Just today when I made the payment, it didn't get instantly credited like before. Checked again now (12:05AM) and nothing.

I paid $5 to the site and donated $1 (total $6, not much but still) I was expecting to see a bunch of points added to my account, but that hasn't happened. I paid by card, yesterday (14th).
