Borderlands

Has anyone played Borderlands for any console? I have it for PS3 and PC, and I've played the Xbox version too. Personally it's my favorite game ATM. The PC version is INCREDIBLE on max graphics. Everyone needs to get this game one way or another, it's really fun to play for long periods of time on it even if your not doing quests. Officially the worlds first SUCCESSFUL RPS.

 

Borderlands is second on my list of games to beat when I'll finally get a good PC

 

Ya I have it for PC and personally the graphics are ok but not awesome on high. CODMW2 graphics are better on high. Maybe its cause I play on 1680X1050 resolution but IDK. What resolution you play on?

 

I own Borderlands on pc, but my graphics card crashes due to a problem with its brand and this game.

Using a sniper+headshot=critical, plus more experienced.

and the elemental shots is a good one, especially the fire one. XD

this game got boring after finishing it the first time.. trust me.. if you really want a game to play play dragon age : origins and get the expansion.. that game is tooooooo crazy!

 

I have some excellent guns on this, although I play the 360 version..

I accidently managed to get the glitch that is posted on youtube where you get an item that comes under the category "NOT USED." They take the name of a shield..

The description says something like +3190000% money... Everytime you use it, your max shield increases (natural not actual shield, so you can unequip your shield and still have shield there) and so does your cash by (in this case) $31900.

This gives you pretty much invincibility..

Oh I forgot to mention.. if you use the item... It's still in your inventory.. You can duplicate to other people by dropping it, re-picking it up ( So it becomes equipped ). unequiping your actual shield and trying to drop it.. When you drop it, a copy of it falls out... But you still have it equipped.... If someone else picks them all up while you drop them, your whole team's max shield increases.

The effect wears off when you save and exit.

Are there any difference between the 360 version and PC version?

 

If you play the PC version MAXED OUT, the graphics is better. Also, Borderlands is more of a PC game than a console one IMO.

i dug borderlands. i played it and beat it within the first week of release on PC @ 1920x1200 res max settings. i plan on playing it again in the future so i can play the DLC to see wtf is with them.

if i wanted to read i'd pick up a book.

 

Dragon Age has voice acting. If you wanted to troll you'd be better off saying: 'If I wanted to play D&D, I'd just pick up D&D'.

It's not a bad game, you just don't like it.

 

Used to play it alot, veeeery addictive and the graphics are good. I play it on max AA 1920x1200. Most people don't like the arwork but meh

 

Level 40 Soldier on PS3, balanced spec, leaning away from Medic. It's such an awesome game. Is it normal to get 4 legendary weapons on your first playthrough? I got a legendary shotgun with 83 x 11 damage with 83% accuracy and a x3 zoom scope, and I use that all the time. The other legendaries kind of suck, like elemental machine pistols or simply more powerful snipers.

 

yeah, it's pretty normal for you to get legendary drops in this game. especially seeing how your lvl 40. i had 2-3 @ lvl 36 when i beat the game. farm new haven and get lots of good stuff.
