    Okay, so I am dying to play Pokemon Pearl/Diamond.

    I downloaded Pearl (using Firefox), I *think* I extracted it with Winrar (I'm completely new to this, mind you), but my Visual Boy Advance still won't play it. It's saying "unsupported file type." There is a folder that it created by "extracting" it (again, not sure if I've done this right), but there's nothing in the folder.

    Er...help?! o_O;

    EDIT: Rofl, okay I saved it as a gba...now my VBA attempts to play it, by means of showing me a white screen and doing nothing. =P

    You obviously can't play a NDS game on a GBA emulator. :)

    You will need an emulator like NO$GBA. (which despite the name actually doubles as a NDS emulator)
    You will also need to change the save type to 512kb Flash, this is called Backup Media Type in the options screen.

    Yeah, I was just gonna say...it keeps like, going slow on me...kind of freezing up. Do I need to change some settings or something?

    ...Argh, now when I go to select my game file, it's like OKAY! *blank screen* -_-;

    EDIT: Found the tutorial for which settings to have...but I'm still getting the blank screen when I select my game file. I can, however, choose to start a new game. Oh, and it'll be all fast right away (like 500%), then slowly it'll get slower and slower, and by the time I've actually started my game and I'm in my room watching the TV, it'll be a little over 100%. Once I walk out of my house, it's at 30-40%. Wtf? o_O;;
