I just start playing 3rd Phantom... (Way too late, I now... :-\)
And I'm playing it using no$gba.
I've done cap.2, and when I try to save,
well it do saved, but when I start playing again,
    the save file's not there!

When I check the Battery folder, the SAV file is there,
But still, no saved game when I play it...
    What's wrong?
The same happened to Valkyrie: Covenant of The Plum, btw...

Hmmm I recalled Tirith or perhaps Anandjones has the method to fix this, it has something to do with how you quit the no$gba.

I just play it (start all over again... ToT)
So this is what I did:
On the first free-time, I saved it.
And after I save it, I go to save page again.
    U know what happened?
    No save data....
It seems like I never save it! ToT

Check the save type and see if it's Auto.

The NDS cartidge back-up type for my no$ doesn't have any Auto option

    What version of no$gba ?
You have to use the 2.6a version, links can be found in the common issues thread in the Technical Help section.
