Bleach 3rd Phantom ROM HELP!!

hi, i downloaded the Bleach 3rd Phantom rom and put it in my R4DS updated to 1.18 but when i choose it to load, it only loads a japanese message in a blue kind of 'widescreen' banner background with everthing else including the top screen of my ds to be blank. Any tips/suggestions on what the messages say or how can i fix it and play the game?
