Read the How to ask a question thread, you were just asked to give in-depth information and you didn't even do that.

i am using a DS One Supercard with a 2 gig MicroSD memory stick
the current version of the OS that i am using is Moonshell version 1.41 by moonlight
the card itself is the 2.00 supercard DS one
what happens is simple if u turn of the DS when i go back into the game its as if im starting over nothing has been saved i have removed the game file and re-downloaded several time and have quit the game at the title screen and checked several times jsut in case.
and yes the game does use an autosave system.

What the hell? Moonshell is a multimedia player...that information was irrelevant...make sure you have the latest firmware

Ehh Supercard have their own booting programs. Why are you using moonshell to load. :-\
Try using the normal booting program. Also make sure you convert the game into supercard format. (.dsq and .sav)
Btw it works for me. (using same thing.)
