Could somebody please tell me how to save in Black Sigil? I stand on the save point do the save thing in the menu and when I run it again the word load is a grey as an elephant! And yes, I did download it from here.
Well, like almost any typical JRPG, you can save on the world map. But make sure when you save using a save point, you need to hear the noise it makes when you stand on it. Then you can save.

Give us more detail about it. For example, did you play it on a emulator or flashcart? etc. Like Nathan had said, how can you expect for help you don't provide more details about it. and please don't ever said 'I don't know', since you know what exactly the problem. Don't be ignorant, doing that will only left you to be ignored as well.
