bios trouble on wii gba emulator

    I already have the bios so don't go saying "it's illegal to _____." I just want help on how to use it, not to get.

    Ok, on the VBA GX (GBA emulator on the Wii) I don't know how to get it to use the BIOS to make the emulator more compatible with some other games. I put it in the BIOS folder and it is "gba_bios.bin". Works perfect on my computer emulator. I need help, please reply.

    It would be the emulator's fault at hand for the incompatibilities, Wii emulators aren't so good yet :)

    I could live without it too but it is nice to have since some games need it to function correctly. I can only name one right now - pokemon emerald - can't remember any others...

    Another thing that's weird is that some games can't save on my computer but they save on the Wii. Odd...

    That doesn't matter, they're 2 different systems.

    Lets get back to the subject. Is there anyone who has the bios working on the wii's gba emu? Does it have the wrong file extention? Does it require a specific name for in to be recognized? IDK...

    I doubt it has the wrong extension, .bin is basically a binary file and is fairly standard for bios files.
