BIN is just another form of a CD Image. Your burning software will handle them just fine.

MDF, ISO, IMG, BIN, are all CD Image files, just different formats.
CUE, SUB, CCD, MDS, etc (all the smaller ones) are files that contain important information for the burning software to use the Image data properly.

Just keep the files together, and use them like you would an ISO.

it only needs to recognise the .cue, as that will tell it how to handle the .bin.
