Beyond the Beyond

I cant get BTB to run on epsxe 1.7 i downloaded the file and extracted it using winrar and got 4 files a CCD, CUE, IMG, and a SUB file but when i go to run them only 3 come up the CCD CUE and the IMG files i loaded the CUE file and the white words of Sony computer entertainment america come up but then it just stays as a black screen i tried loading the other files and waiting but with the same result if anyone can help me run the game it would be appreciated.could it be the video plugins thats causing this?
