Beware of red men

So hum hi everyone! I'm new here, although I've been registred for at least 6 months now. Some of you might already saw me on IRC in the last weeks so now I decided to go on the forums because I discovered an overload of free time on my hands so well, here I am. I don't remember how I discovered the website, but I discovered IRC trough the banners of the front page, so now I'm attacking to the forums.

I'm a 14 years old (15 in late September) guy who won't reveal its name, a somewhat geek/nerd/no-life who passes its time in front of the computer. I started to play video games in Christmas 1998, when I received the Nintendo 64 along with Banjo-Kazooie. BK is still one of my favorite game even now, and I can't wait for Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts to come out. I started emulating in 2001, with Project 64 and a ROM of Zelda OOT. Lately I haven't emulated anything for a while, since I finished many times my library of over 150 GBA games and nearly 40 N64 games and 60 SNES games. And emulating the DS is kind of dull now, since the lack of perfect emulators. So lately what I've been playing is the Half-Life series, which I recommend to everyone.

I hope to have good fun here on these forums

I just want to ask you something, did you know that in some parts of the world, "mens" is short for menstruation? So I thought you were a woman ;D

It's true, we here in the Philippines simply call menstruation as mens.

You should read up on other people's cultures you know 8)

what do you like better emulation or playing it on the real thing?

what I mean is would you rather play a PSX on a PSX emulator or the actual Playstation? (assuming that you can play the burned game on it)

I prefer burning a game, simply because a. the controls are the real ones and b. we're sure it will work 100%!
