I found a PSX iso of the game "Sentient" that I would like to play. I own a PSX, PS2, Mac, and PC. What would be the best platform to play this downloaded iso on?
I would prefer to play it on the PSX, or PS2. I have read that to play it on the PS2, you need to mod the PS2 or have a boot CD, but what about the PSX? I have tried burning the iso to a CD using Alcohol 120% on Vista, with "Playstation" selected for the datatype/copy protection system. The PSX thinks the disc is an Audio CD, and won't play the game.
Alternatively, which more pertains to this forum, I could emulate it. I have tried ePSXe, and have gotten it to work with a different, original PSX CD, but not with "Sentient". I will have to look more closely at the setup if I continue to try to emulate the game.
I would appreciate any ideas anyone might have, thanks.

Probably PS2 yes. You will need to mod your PS2 in some way, and for your PSX, it will need to be modded too. There is a way to play copied games on your PSX however, by having a real disc and swapping between the two. You don't need to do anything with the protection, just burn it at the lowest speed.
