    im seeking an ups patcher for windows since im wanting to play a certain FE hack problem is that the patch is in ups and i dunno what are the ups patchers for windows

    The best UPS Patches for Windows is LunarIPS.

    EDIT: Oh no fuck wait. I confused UPS with IPS. Nevermind this post.

    You can use a UPS pather to make a UPS patch by using both patched ROM and clean ROM - then it will ceate a patch to use - and the best thing is UPS patcher don't trim the ROM
