Yep, Chrono Trigger and Eatrhbound. I haven't played much SNES RPGs... Those titles above seems good, I'll try once I get the time for it.

Well. A lot of the best SNES RPGs got a remake on GBA/DS. You may want to play the remake then. And since everyone already gave the best ones. I would also recommend Terranigma
mmmhhh, yeah. Have to play this awesome "Chrono Trigger" again. Got the original imported one for my Super NES here. Wonder what it may cost on Ebay or some of these platforms. Anyway:very good are also (not named yet) "Dungeon Master" (great conversion from the Amiga/Atari ST-Computer) and "Might & Magic" II + III - english versions are available here on Romu. "Wizardry V" and "Ultima 6" are also typical computer-rpg`s, converted to the snes very well. Played all of these Games the last 2 years,even though i had them on my old computer. Some of these conversions are even better on the Snes - and that was really surprising. (grafix,control and so on)
