Best puzzle game

hi pplz.

i am on the pursuit of getting my brain into the best possible state that i can be.
i know that puzzle games are helpful

I need some puzzle games that will really make you think about the answer.
i already played professor layton games and i finished both of them.

suggestions>?

 

Professor Layton series for Nintendo DS, believe me those games are gonna get your brain hurt badly!

 

hotel dusk is pretty good, not really puzzle but... if you like professor layton then this will work for you.

 

also try phoenix wright ace attorney series those will make you think a lot...

 

@boredsimon: You got your gaming genre names wrong, games like Professor Layton may have puzzles in them but the game is not a puzzle game per se. They fall under either Adventure games, visual novel games or heck even action games. On GameFAQs:

It even states that the game falls under "Edutainment" LOL

Puzzle games are games like Tetris, Puyo Puyo, Columns etcetera.

Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo's a god among puzzle games. I started playing it in the late 90s and I still enjoy it.
