best plugin setup for Suikoden 2 on epsxe??

man, i've been messing around for about a year now, and always end up settling for poor quality with this game and i've finally come to ask.

what is the best setup for plugins for this game?
i always end up with
a. laggy game, but great sound
b. decent graphic emulation, but the sound overlaps/keeps going/lags
c. Graphics+Sound out of sync, and when i do unites, the Ringing sound from the beginning of the move stays going untill the battle ends.

i want to play as close to psx quality as i can with this game!!!
and it's not my computer.
i play oblivion on full settings.

Geforce 9 series gtx with a great sound card.

follow that for BIOS, and plugins, it helped me, but i only played FF9 on it and the sound and video was perfect

 

For me I use pete's plugins-but for that you need one that relates best for your card...


Mine is intel-and pete's never let me down.


prehaps that could help-but you may need to alter the individual plugin settings-prehaps one is limited to certain fps during play?


Use the one that gives best graphic output-then workout which gave best sound.


If you can get best sound but not graphic/best graphic but not sound-note what did best in each and put them together-the plugin types shouldn't conflict with each other...


But which cd plugin you using-it may help explain.
