Yosh! I haven't posted something in here for a really long time, so prolly no one remembers me... :-X

Anyway, wich do you consider the best NDS RPG's?


For me the best are:
-The World Ends With You;
-Megaman Starforce Dragon;
-Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles - Ring of Fate;
-Final Fantasy 4;
-Chrono Trigger DS.

 

i agree with your list man... you should get Dragon Quest games

Disgaea DS is pretty good too and Ive got to say Chrono Trigger AGAIN lol

Yeah, I'm playing both right now. In fact, im playing Soma Bringer this very second. Curse me for forgetting them.

 

I've played most of those, and I like those... Isn't Soma Bringer only in japanese?
The games I wanted to come in english prolly never will...

lol well actually, i downloaded that a few days ago (for some bizzare reason ) lol but yeah, its good

i gave up on sonic chronoicles... i still play old ons such as Disgaea, FFs, etc

Yeah, i totally agree. Soma Bringer is awesome and the gameplay is just great! I love how you could choose how your character is, and the fighting style (2 swords, etc)

 

Did people really like "The World Ends With You"? I still cannot believe Square would buy into this whole "Urban" fad BS. It makes me want to vomit. Call me a traditionalist, but there is no way I can ever play the game. I just went back to look at the games website got the same feeling I had when I first saw the positive reviews... Why?

Do we really need to cater to a bunch of degenerates? Lets encourage spray paint cans, stupid looking baggy pants and oversized gold bling. This garbage is ok to put in a game, but sex and violence is bad? If I had kids, I would rather them see two cartoons screwing and beating the crap out of each other then some ghetto "hood" nonsense. I never understood the whole urban subculture and am shocked it made its way into RPG's. Sign of the times, I guess I am getting old.

EDIT: I am shocked that there has not been a Diablo I type game for the DS. The game style would port well and the touch screen would be perfect.

 

Well i Like all of those RPGs that you put, but TWEWY to me was epic. I dont know for yo, but i found it interesting... But Dragon Quest/Chrono Trigger really sealed the deal for me

- Legend of Zelda (way too late i guess)
- Soma Bringer
- Riz-Zoawd
- Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicle

Well i love DQ games but you should get the ones already released: REMAKE of Dragon Quest IV, Dragon Quest Monsters Joker, but screw DQ Heroes (the game with the slime hero) Also get ready for the upcoming ones (REMAKE of Dragon Quest V, (VI should be coming soon) and Dragon quest IX (the latest installment.)

 

heh did you beat the new DQ that came out not long ago, i found it very fun but it was kinda hard.
