Best NDS Emulator??

    Yes, what is the best NDS emulator??
    I have just started downloading some new NDS Roms, so yea...
    LOL so, if you know which emulator i should use for a not so good/not so crap computer, post here ;D

    Definitely no$gba and then iDeaS.

    and whereabouts would i be able to download the most recent versions of said emulators??
