I've never played a FF game ever. And there is a FF 13 or something, so it must be good if they keep coming up with it so which is the best for the dsi?
Please don't start... My personal favorite is FF V. Followed by FF VI and IX. Talking about the games, I loved the remake of the FF IV on the DS.
Final Fantasy XII was good, so is VII, but I must say, Crisis Core was my favorite. DON'T GET A FF DS GAME, THEY ARE SHIT.
For me, the best are 5, 6 and 7. FFX has close to one of the best storyline but as gameplay goes, it was pretty boring to me.
Okay. Heres the deal. Final Fantasy VII is my first Final Fantasy. If you are happily to jump on the bandwagon, go with that. But if you actually want to have an opinion, go with something else. Personally, I like FFX because of the story line and then the fucking awesome turn based system. But you can play any Final Fantasy game because the story's aren't linked together (if you haven't guessed that yet) @Shiiro; ONLY because of the bandwagoners looking at CloudxZack pictures. @bobafett1136; I beg to differ. You have remakes and then you have games apart of the Crystal Chronicles and Tactics series. AND PLEASE DO NOT CRUISE CONTROL.

Tactics A2 these i realy like ... Revenant Wings would be on the very last place of every FF game i ever played,though i havent played any FF past IX.
