Best DSI Flashkart?

    Well I am getting a DSI since my old ds lite had a hinge crack problem wich let to the ribbon messing up. So i am looking for an upgradable one of course/ Cheats, Is able to play most games, and if yet possible can play GBA games thanks in advance.
