I currently use TurtleShare and MirrorCreator. Need one or two more for mirrors.

The name doesn't really matter. People from the ESA scrounge forums like this, get the links and send a DMCA notice to the host. So yeah, changing the name doesn't really do much. I'll have another look at JumboFiles. I remembered not using it for a reason though...
netkups.com It's a direct download/bittorent hybrid and as far as I know it does quite a bit of what you ask for. I would recommand SendSpace too but... it doesn't fit in your criterias.
