Hey guys (and girls) just joined the forum and am in need of some help? I have bought some multicards in the past with like 173 odd games on when I have been to turkey on holiday. I have just bought my son a dsi and wondered if you could help me create one of these for him? Im not sure what the rules are so if you can only point me in the direction of some instructions that would be great! I am tech savvy as I am an iPhone techy, repairing iPhones is my forte but never been on the nds modding scene.
I'm sure it's pretty simple once you have some instructions. My DSi is on 1.4.3 and I know from reading about that the new r4/acekards should work. However getting from an empty card to having 173 games on it is where I fall down. Not knowing where to get the games and how to put them on?

Any help would be great! It's his bday Tomo (I know last minute) but will be a great pressie! :)

    Thanks
    Jim

I am afraid that an R4 or AceKart isn't the best idea to buy.

    You need WinRar.

And just drop the NDS file in the root of the SD cart of the flashcart

Hey thanks for the reply, what sort of card should I get?

Also is it just a matter of dropping them into the root and it will work or do I need to drop in some booting software for the ds to recognise it?

Hi, man, sounds like you are really new to this nintendo world. but that's ok, we can help you to make it easier.

At first, you need to buy a flashcard which can work on your DSi V1.43. Make sure the flashcard you buy is a update one which can work on V1.4. directly without updating when you recieve it. Some sites still sell old cards which need to do a update to support V1.43. So read it carefully when you choose it. Second, buy a good card with nice reputation, such as Acekard 2i and DStwo, if you want to a r4i card, then only buy the r4i gold which is from r4ids.cn, buy these cards can save you a lot of trouble because clone cards or unknown cards have a lot of unknown problems. you can find some cards in the catalogue: http://www.digitopz.com/nintendo-3ds-flashcard-c-29.html after you buy a flashcard, then you can download the firmware in the official site, then put your games and the firmware in your SD card and then put the flashcard and the SD card in your DSi, power on the play the games. Other questions, feel free to ask in this fourm bro. by the way, Joez's link can help you a lot as well. Hope my answer can help!

The acekard 2i should be the next cart of choice if you find the SupercardDSTWO a bit pricey.
