    Has it always done this, or is it something new?

    Copy the files from your MicroSD (Transflash) and put them on your computer.
    Format your MicroSD.
    Copy all the files back to your MicroSD.

    I think I know the solution.. are you using a 4 GB card or 8 GB card? if it's so.. then the only way to the solution is change the card into a 2GB or lower.. that's what I've did and it boots in game within 5 seconds now

    You may need the latest infolib.dat placeing into the TTMenu folder on the root of your microsd chip
