Is it any good? I was told its like Star wars battlefront 2 but in WW2, if so I will love it. Also is it playable offline? Everywhere I look online its multiplayer this and that with no mention of offline.
Oh, I was going by ps3 trophies website... It's been around for some time, but all Im going by is how old the thread are of people saying they love it... 2009?
So its offline then. Good. Battlefront 2 is awesome, im gonna love this(I hope). Ive found a download with both expansion packs. Has anyone played it? Is it really battlefront in ww2? Reviews are ok but are usually posted by fanboys.
I only played the Single Player for a bit when i first got it, since i lost my CD key and games i usually just play the Multiplayer Demo online, spending way too much time on it for a demo lol.
Star Wars Battlefront is basically a Battlefield-lite with Star Wars characters really. The game mode 'Conquest' and the class selections are straight from Battlefield.
Ah, well they probably wouldn't lol. i tried the 43 trial on XBLA though, wasn't really fun for me like 42 was
The main Battlefield series (1942, Vietnam, 2 and 2124) are ridiculously different from it's spin offs (MC2, BC, BC2 and 1943). The main series is a larger battle, more emphasis on team work and tactics, skill, and imo, more fun. I hope BF3 channels the main series and isn't too much like it's spin offs.
Never played 2 or 2124, played a tiny bit of Vietnam and the 1942: secret weapons demo online, currently spend way too much time on the 1942 online demo though. Though the server i play on modded it so it has nuke grenades and such, a lot easier to destroy tanks, which i enjoy.
