banned need help

earlier today my sibbling used my computer and now i cannt log in

it says "You have been banned"

is there an admin that can reverse this ?

actually this is the account, i had to use a proxy to login to ask for help...

 

Do you know if you have a static or dynamic IP address? Or what type of internet connection you have (dialup, or broadband?)

You apparently match IPs with some other account that's been banned for whatever reason, although it doesn't look like it's in the list.

 

so can you remove my ip from the list?

(its still telling me im banned)
