Background issues...

    This may be about my Video plugin, but I am not sure.
    It is like this, I have ePSXe and sometimes while playing Tomba; the background image appear
    in front of the foreground images. I really do not know how to fix this being messing with the
    setting. So, If anyone know how I could fix this, it would be greatly appreciate.
